1. Do you allow Returns and Exchanges?
Products are made to order (Preorder). Preorder items are made specifically for you in a size requested by you. For this reason, preorder items are considered a final sale and cannot be returned for refund. Defective/flawed preorder item(s) will be exchanged if available. If an exchange is not available, a refund will be issued. We strive to provide excellent customer service so please email info@jodelli.com with any issues regarding your order so that we can make it right.
2. How long does it take to ship out my order and how long does delivery take?
Since our items are currently made to order, we ship out your order within 2-3 business days after the turnaround time specific to each product listing. Delivery date depends on your location and shipping method. It can take 4-7 business days within the U.S and a week or more to Canada.
3. Are your items true to size?
Yes, our items typically run true to size. However, if your child is in between sizes, we recommend you size up.
5. Do you do custom orders?
We do not currently do custom orders.
6. Do you restock sold out items?
Depending on demand of a specific item, we may restock sold out items or offer the sought-after styles in other prints.
7. How quickly do you respond to emails? Do you have weekend hours?
We generally respond within 24 hrs during our regular business hours which are Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm EST.
8. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship to the USA and Canada.
