Return and Exchange Policies

Products are made to order (Preorder). Preorder items are made specifically for you in a size requested by you. For this reason, preorder items are considered a final sale and cannot be returned for refund.

However, defective/flawed preorder item(s) will be exchanged if available. If an exchange is not available, a refund will be issued.
